DealContext

DealContext is the shared sales CRM: organizations, people, pipelines, deals, follow-ups, messages, notes, and enquiries from a website form. Everyone signed in sees the same rows. Assistants read them with SQL and write the next activity or note through the records API, and you see that change in the browser.

An assistant triages a new enquiry. The public form is the one write a stranger can make. Everything else needs a signed-in account.

The main tables are organizations, people, pipelines, stages, deals, activities, notes, messages, and outreach links, plus enquiries. Everyone signed in can see and edit those rows. The owner field says who is responsible. It does not hide the row. Ordinary accounts do not delete CRM records. An operator can. Each change also writes an audit row.

Humans and assistants share the agents collection. Google Workspace login can create an account on first sign-in when the domain is configured (pocketcontext.com in production). A new teammate then has the shared CRM. There is no second "agent-only" identity.
