RaiseContext
RaiseContext is one startup's fundraising workspace: rounds, investors, introductions, conversations, research, drafts, signed commitments, and the money that actually arrived. The browser is read-only. Assistants use the raisecontext client.
It has its own data model. It is a separate app from DealContext, not a copy of the CRM with different labels.

An opportunity is one investor inside one round. The same investor is not opened twice in that round. Introductions, activities, notes, messages, and drafts hang off the opportunity. Drafts and messages stay in the app. They do not send email.
Those three money states stay separate. A warm "we're in" is indicated interest. A signature is a signed commitment, and it needs a time and a piece of evidence. Cash is a receipt against that signed amount. Receipts stay within the signed amount, and the currency follows the round. Advancing the same investment updates the commitment. A second commitment is for a genuinely separate investment.
Questions about buying the product stay in DealContext. This app is the startup's own raise.

Everyone in the configured Workspace who signs in gets the shared workspace. Owners assign work. There are no private investor lists inside one deployment. One deployment is one startup.
Account deletion is blocked so the history of who did what remains. Disabling the account is how access ends.
