WikiContext

WikiContext is a knowledge base that assistants maintain, with citations. Sources (documents, images, recordings) are split into passages, and wiki pages cite those passages. A publication is a frozen set of page revisions. The browser renders a publication, and an Obsidian vault is a Markdown export of that publication for reading offline. The wiki remains the place that stores originals and history.

Ingest stores the bytes and the passages. It does not write the page. Publishing checks that citations and links line up, then commits a new manifest in one step. A conflict means someone else published first, and the agent re-reads before trying again.

The browser is read-only. Search covers published titles, summaries, and page bodies. A citation opens the passage and can download the original file, with the viewer's own login.

Audio uses the pinned Gemini Transcribe client. A finished bundle from that tool can be imported without sending the recording to Gemini again. Import stores evidence. It still takes a separate publish step before the browser shows a page. Person pages can store a checked CRM link. Membership of a person in a wiki group is a note about who is accountable. It does not grant access in the CRM or send a notification.

Company space is the existing shared knowledge. People admitted from the Workspace become editors of that space when their account is created. Personal spaces are created on purpose. SQL, the records API, live updates, and file downloads each check that you still belong to the space.
